Wallen Hernandez Lee Martinez represents businesses and individuals in labor and employment matters. The firm’s attorneys have significant experience in advising clients on employment policies and litigating a variety of employment disputes concerning sexual harassment, discrimination on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, age, speech, and sexual orientation, overtime and minimum wage compensation claims, family and disability benefits, employee protections including medical leave, labor disputes regarding personnel discipline, suspensions, and terminations in accordance with collective bargaining agreements, and unfair labor practice charges.
